Monster.Com Partnership Diversity Leadership Program

AHETEMS in partnership with the Monster.Com Diversity Leadership Program is working to bring an opportunity for Latino/a students who are U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or have an F-1 student visa.
Monster's Diversity Leadership Programs provide an opportunity for the nation's top engineering students to get a head start on initiating their career of choice. Each program is a unique chance for incoming college sophomores, juniors and seniors of diverse background to spend a weekend learning practical skills and interacting with individuals from industry-leading companies like Lockheed Martin, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Shell and Accenture in a fun and dynamic environment.
These high-energy events are jam-packed with presentations and activities provided by some of the nation's most inspiring speakers and organizations. Participants spend a summer weekend, in one of 10 host cities (Atlanta, Baltimore, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, LA, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Tampa), with 300 other student-leaders exploring areas like resume-building, career development, workplace diversity and networking.
Attending students leave with access to an invaluable network of professional contacts and mentors, new friends and fresh ideas about their place in the 'real world'. 98% of students would recommend this program to a friend.
