AHETEMS / NASA Marshall Space Flight Center Internship

APPLICATION DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 1

The AHETEMS/NASA Marshall Space Flight Center Internship provides qualified Latino/a undergraduates, who are U.S. citizens, the opportunity to conduct research in Huntsville, Alabama, at the NASA Marshall Space Flight Center for ten (10) weeks during the summer. This competitive opportunity provides a stipend and up to $500 for travel to and from the internship site.

ELIGIBILITY

  • U.S. Citizen.
  • Attend an accredited 2-year or 4-year college or university in the United States or Puerto Rico.
  • Rising sophomore, junior or senior
  • Enrolled full-time (12 hrs undergraduate) during the current academic year.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
  • Major in science, technology, engineering, mathematics or a related field.

APPLICATION DIRECTIONS

  1. Complete the Online Internshiip Application.
  2. Complete and Print the Internship Certification Form from the AHETEMS Web site.
  3. Mail the Internship Certification Form, Official Transcript, Personal Statement, Resume, and Letters of Recommendation to AHETEMS postmarked by February 1.
