High school students and chaperones from out-of-town wil be housed at this hotel as per a special conference room block.  Students and chaperones MUST NOT contact the hotel to book their reservations.  The AHETEMS Office will arrange housing - four sudents per room and two chaperones per room.  Students and chaperones will be housed all-male and all-female per room.

PLEASE NOTE:  Chaperones, should rooming choice be requested otherwise, chaperones will be required to pay the cost of $225 room/night.  Also, any additonal chaperones above the 1:10 chaperone to student ratio will be required to pay $500 to cover costs of shared-room, meals, and registration for the conference.
